Unique buildings/improvements for everyone?

I personally don't like playing as civs with two UUs, since they all go obsolete eventually (that and I'm more of a builder than a conqueror). Has anyone made a mod to replace one of each of these with a UB or UI?

You could try this collection. Although it doesn't give UBs for nearly all the civs, it is a good place to start.
