WeaselSnapper's post in the Strategy forum made me wonder if anyone has documented the amount of XP required to get successive GGs and GAs. Also, I've always assumed that the extra XP from military tradition does not apply to GG generation but that the XP from buildings and barbs does not apply to GG generation; is that correct? Does burning a GA (admiral) or GG yield 100g from the Maussoleum of Helicarnasus?

Here's how I see it.
Barbarian experience does in fact count towards the GG/GA total. In theory, the GG/GA is earned via the experience your units earn via combat only.
Great General will most likely give you 50 faith (with the belief) and 100 gold (from the wonder) if it builds a Citadel.
Great Admiral, will do the same when it uses it's special ability.
