third time the steam workshop has deleted a mod i use. if anyone could post this file for me it would be appreciated. note: city state expansion v.4 not city stateS expansion/expanded.
 
That's why you always want to backup the mods in your mods folder to some place steam doesn't know about.
 
Have you tried searching for that mod in Creation & Customization or in C&C's Modpacks subforum?
 
ive been through the subforum with no luck, and ive skimmed alot of the main forum, still no help. on steam i think the mod is also called minor civilization expansion. not sure about that it seems to be listed under that name in my steam download history.
