Starfighter the right one isn't it? I remember some old tales of a friend of mine that flew these babies in th 60-70's. He said flying then was like driving a car, they often just hopped in a figter and flew around for fun, not comparable with today...
 
Go figure. Others still called F104 the widowmaker, the flying coffin etc. Its short, razor-sharp wings gave it great speed and acceleration, but lowsy handling. I remember when I was in highschool they used to fly by.

F104 is also a amazing bird that recieved wide mis-understood and under estimated. Its safety record is not bad when operated in regular roles, the poor record in Germany is largely due to the Luftwaffen use it as a low level penetrate striker.
And it is also a good dogfighter, not only a fast interceptor.
 
Very interesting. Is "American Kingdoms" a post nuke war scn or a American civil war scn?
 
Are there any B-2 Spirits anywhere other than the one from the default units? I need the badass black bird.
