Hello everybody,
I had been playing CIV3 for about 15 years, never upgraded to any graphics, was happy with what I had, and really did not know to download. Now, been playing CIV4 for about 9 months, and I am going to comeback to civ3 soon...so any suggestions on a terrain pack/grahics pack? Thanks.
 
Get Smiley's popheads; they are more distinctive than what the game uses and he included nationality flags for all the citizens.

Without them I would confuse contented people as happy people and thus cities would revolt when I thought they were okay.
 
Ok, gonna bump this...Thanks CommandoBob for the suggestion, but what I am really looking for is stated in OP. Is there a mod out there that changes the look of the game, without changing the game itself?

Do you want a different "interface" or terrain type improvement?
