Where can you get the winter terrain graphics modpack?

I am wondering where you can get the winter terrain graphics modpack(one where you can replace the regular art files in your civ III directory) I have tried searching this forum and google but unfortunately haven't been able to find a link, would someone please point me in the right direction if it's possible.

Hmm.... what terrain types are present on the map? IS it floodplains on the bottom right part of the river?

all terrain types is on the map, mountains and snowcapped-mountains look the same(duh´)

Whats the difference between grassland and shielded grassland?
I can't spot the shields, asuming of course, there are shielded grassland on the picture.

How do you edit graphics? What program do you need to do that? It can't be so hard to add a small blue dot on the winter shielded grasslands, can it? I mean it's like that on the regular shielded grasslands...

Any paint program that can edit .pcx file and control the palette will work.
