I have a simple question - I hope
I own a laptop with the Intel HD 4000 graphics card... it works fine.
What I want to know is this, should I set a dedicated amount - say 512MB to be allocated to the graphics card - or leave it as it is by default 32MB - since the software - in this case Civ IV should force the graphics processor to use the shared memory up to 1.8GB?
I have 8GB system RAM - and just want to know if it will make a difference to Civ IV to set a larger portion of memory as 'dedicated' for this game , via BIOS settings.
