Mouse scroll wheel not working in Civ

Having issues with the mouse scroll wheel in Civ after installing the windows 10 anniversary update. It seems like a software or driver issue. Mouse scroll wheel works fine not playing Civ, like using Firefox. I tried uninstalling my Logitech driver and now mouse scroll wheel works but I can't use any of the shortcuts I set up in Logitech set point software.

Mouse is Logitech m705

Using the lateste Logitech set point software 6.67.83


I also tried my backup mouse which happens to be the same model (m705) and had the same issues.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I was able to resolve the issue by resetting windows 10.
