double vision!!

Probably about start of June I encountered this problem. When I start the game it appears wit "double vision" i took a screen shot but that does not have the problem. If I start the game in windows 8 it doesn't have the problem. i have tried reinstalling steam and the game but it didn't help. I run windows 10 and have dx11? any help would be appreciated. If you need details ask but be precise as I am an older man and tech not so friendly.

Looks like you have stereoscopic 3D enabled in your graphics cards settings. If you don't know how to disable this, could you tell me which graphics card are you using?
