Some with multiple monitors or TV attached to his/her computer might have noticed the annoying thing about civ3. When you move the cursor to the next screen, scrolling stops and it's nearly impossible to scroll at max speed to the direction where the next monitor is. IMO the problem is caused by the mandatory full-screen mode, There would be no problem at all if you could see where the actual edge is and accurately position the cursor near the edge of the window. Or if there were a dragging scroll.

Next, I have trouble patching C3C, The game doesn't start at all after the splash screen. I had backed up the executable file for some reason ant tried to run the game with the old exe. Below is some pretty funny screenshots of the results.
