AI with workers

Hi all,

Love what has been done with the workers and improvements, but was wondering how the AI copes with the new system? is it smart about placing improvements now like windmill with farm and mine with workshop or does it still use the same old best improvement wins?

Also how does the AI cope with the equipment? does it use it?
