Where i find Pitboss or similar games, no quitters

I'm new to civ5, played a lot civ3 (and i still play it).
Where i can find Pitboss like games?
I joined Civilization No Quitters steam chat, but many times there the game is scraped because of various reasons, like too many reloads, game crashes. Also you need to dedicate a full day to play a game.

I would like to try Pitboss (or a like) games with no quitters. A game from start to end. In civ3 was a nice comunity of PBEM games.

Is GMR a true solution to pitboss games? Where do i find GMR players?

GMR is a PBEM style game but you dont have to deal with the mail part. All you do is get their app and use it to download and upload games when it's your turn. I'd say it's the easiest way to get pitboss or pitboss styled games.

There are quitters though. Keep an eye on players with points. Can often (but not always) be reliable.

Every player should have a page where people can report him as quitter. This will be more reliable.

Thanks! I'm already on CivNQ. But i do not have time to waste a day playing a game. Also the lag is annoying and i dont like in-game turn timer. I played few games and none ended because of reloads, lag and crashes. They voted to scrap. I just want to play a game from start to end. Also i would like to play the Fall of Rome scenario with human players.

I think your best bet is Giant MultiPlayer Robot. There isn't any lag there, and games can last sometime. Although unfortunately unlike the No Quitters group, people can quit. So it's up to you.

Well... Yes, but it'll take a whole bunch of time. Expect up to a year to get to late game.
