Custom Cities
Hello Civ people, hope you're all enjoying the new expansion!
I've played a ton of Civ 5 to date but something thats always bothered me is just how uniform cities end up looking. So I want add some flavour to my empire by making important locations look special. I want to add a series of National Wonders to the game that would specialize important cities and also give them a unique look. I'm not a coder by any means but I can just about manage the art side. So before I attempt this I want to know just what's possible with modding at the moment. So here are my questions; Is it possible to add unique city styles to the game? Is it possible to use different art styles based upon your faction? Is it possible to change the way the game arranges buildings within a city? (For example having buildings arrange in blocks like New York rather than in a circular fashion) I hope you guys can help.
