Can't start Civ

Well, I can't start my game, so I want to know what can I do.
My problem is that when I open Civilization from Steam it opens the game and freeze on the loading screen, without music, only loading.
I had another bugs, my Steam is in Spanish, but since the day after Steam says me "hours played" in English, and one day it said me that all my freinds play Civilization (and that's not true).
The problem started when I opened the game and when it was loading I changed the window, and then the game crushed. I tried to uninstall and install it again for 3 times, but nothing changes. Could it be a Steam bug? Has it a solution?

I rebooted my pc and it went away. If that doesn't work for you, I guess wait for a steam update :/ Has to be a steam issue for so many of us to suddenly have the same thing happen.

There also has been some problems with antivirus programs lately.

But that also started with a steam update so I'm guessing Steam has screwed up something.
