City names missing [ToT]

Hello everyone.

So I decided to bring back that old game alive. However I have an annoying problem. Only a few civilizations got cities names.

I checked the city.txt file and everything looked fine within it but I still have the problem. Also when I patched the game so it works on x64, most of the ingame language changed from french to english. So basically, civilizations that got the same name in both language work fine (Sioux, Vikings) but all the others aren't. (Romains =/= Romans)

Any clue ?

Ok, not sure why but it's fixed.
