What modmod doesn't use ff as base?

What modmod doesn't use ff as base? For some reason the loading between turns is pretty slow. Is it just me or is it objectively that way?

Wild Mana does not, Orbis uses some of it, RifE uses all of it.

We've done alot to improve speed in the next version, though.

Rife is lovely. But sometimes it's too slow in the late game that I just add the prime minister on FFH instead.
