Super quick question

Do improvements have an upkeep? I know roads are 1g and railroads are 2g but do things like farms, trading posts, etc have an upkeep? I keep getting conflicting answers and I have a bad habit of improving EVERYTHING so I just wanted to know for sure. Thanks!

No, roads and railroads are the only tile improvements with maintenance.

There is no up keep cost for other improvements. Only roads and rail roads cost you, and for inca, the roads cost zero if they are build on hills and half in other tiles.
