Multiple Victories - culture

Hey guys, I know its possible to get multiple victories in some cases (ive done a dom + diplo before) while science and time have to be done first to get multiple victories. My question is which order does the new culture victory for bnw have to be fulfilled in? I'm playing as the patched japan and trying for a culture/domination and I'm wondering if I would have to forestall my vastly technologically superior army from taking every cap except one to achieve this.

Only the first victory counts.

If you win the space race then play on and caputre all capitals - that's a science victory. Not a science domination.

If you want to win a culture victory, don't capture all capitals first (or launch space ship, or win by diplomacy or time).
