I didn't particularly like that every Civilisation apparently builds Oxford University in Civ 5 - or the Circus Maximus for that matter.

Those two should be unique to England and Rome, or be World Wonders. The generic national wonder versions should have a generic name like the National College does.

I agree, and add The Hermitage to that list as well (it's one museum in St. Petersburg).
