Crash on "exit to windows"

Civilization V BNW crashed when clicking "exit to windows". It blocked me from using my desktop (win8), I had to restart my computer.

Mods: A modpack that I made myself, therefore I can't give it to you. Currently only contains Colonialist Legacies Australia.
