A humble suggestion - no culture on minimap water

I love seeing the contours of the sea on the minimap, but that was lost in Civ 4. Way back in the old Wolfschanze days, and even into LOR, I used to recompile the dll to incorporate this fix into the mod, but I'm not sure how feasible that is given how often AND gets updated and...to be honest...I completely forget how to recompile the dll. Any interest in incorporating this into AND? Or can someone verify that recompiling wouldn't be necessary with each AND update? I'm approximately 72% confident I can teach myself how to do this again.

I wholeheartedly support this. Being able to distinguish land from water, even when there's culture stains all over the place is an improvement.
