Yes he is great. I don't think any of his videos has fewer than 2,000,000 views. Half an hour after the last one came out, the one you link to, he had over 30,000 views and climbing.
That last uses modern knowledge and primitive tools to make an iron forge. There is no evidence that such a system was ever used. Everyone used bellows.

We don't know if everyone used the same systems. There are a few early iron artifacts from before the Iron Age.
