Is there any way to determine which nations I play against in Civ 1. For example I'd like to play only against European nations. Is it possible? Any hack or mod?

Not that I'm aware of... Pretty hard to do, I think

Take a look at Darkpanda's jCivED, it can change a whole lot of things.
