Manual in PDF?

With every new patch the manual that come with the game become more and more useless as out of game/offline reference so I was wondering if there is the option to download a an updated version of the manual, not necessarily in PDF, even just all the game information complete with the post-patches changes in a easily readeable and maybe printable form.

PDF is one of the most unstable and unrealible methods to transfer info.

It allows the attachment of viruses and malware that most PC's do not screen for. I never EVER use it.

I would definitely like to see some more documentation either in a .pdf, .txt or whatever they can of. There are a lot of things that are not in the manual nor in the civilopedia. Besides, a lot of info is incorrect after all these patches (like the strength of gunships)
