Is civ III complete the same as the deluxe edition. and if not, whats the differense

CivIII deluxe edition has Plain Civ and Play the World Expansion Pack. Complete has Plain Civ, PTW, *and* Conquests (the latest expansion pack!). Your best buy would be to get Complete Edition. And welcome to CFC!

Deluxe Edition is actually/ also what Complete is called on this side of the pond.
