always order and art funding

In few games that I've played, AI always opted for Order ideology and almost exclusively prefers Art funding over Science funding. I play immortal, standard, random maps and always end up with this.

Do you experience the same? If so, then game needs to be patched in some way, or to play random personalities and risk to have peaceful Genghis, raging Gandhi and Sejong..

Yup, It seems that only very few seem to go for science victory anmore.
