txt and doc allowed in attatchments but not easy upload? No rtf? Make them allowed!

Well, what's wrong with having it? It's a fairly compact filetype, is used in the windows notepad application, and allows an intermediary between .txt and .doc and t can be opiened by most word processors. It may not be used often but I think it's worth having the option to use it.
