well that one is actually meant to be spoken so i ask you what my pet dee oh gee is, its messed up in translating to written speach,
 
Old Mr Smith was lying on his deathbed as his wife was about to give birth. Father Jones was with him when Mr Smith dictated his will.

"I leave 2/3 of my estate to my child, should it be a boy, and 1/3 to my wife. But if the child is a girl, I want 2/3 to go to my wife and 1/3 to my daughter."

Mr Smith passed on and left Father Jones with a rather peculiar problem. Mrs Smith gave birth to twins: One boy and one girl. How should the estate be divded in order to coomply with Mr Smith's wishes?
