How to get DLC's without steam?!

I have CIV V BNV downloaded from torrent (all functions in Single & Multiplayer are working fine), and I want to download DLC's for the Inca, Spain, Austria, etc. civilizations.

When I go to the main menu > DLC > Accept > Next it loads for a bit then goes back to the main menu again and I can't choose DLC's to download. How can I solve this?
Otherwise, if someone can provide me with links to download these extra nations directly, that'd be much greater.

Are you using a pirated version of the game? CivFanatics does not provide support for pirated versions.

Yes, I am. I didn't realize Civfanatics didn't support pirated versions.
Where can I find support for pirated versions then?
