Greetings. Long time player here. I have all expansions at this point and have a few player created DLC also.
I had not played in a long while and restarted a new game this weekend. I have sound and I get sound bites when advancing to a new age. However, when I research a new tech, i do not get the voiced dialogue that I remember a while ago. I updated my drivers and still no tech sound bites.
My next diagnosis will be to start a new game with zero DLC enabled and see if that is the issue. I realize I prolly should have done that prior to posting but wanted to know if there was a global change to the sound that was updated that I am not aware of.
