Civ 5 and hosting games (Steam)

Am I able to use a copy of Civ5 I got from the Appstore on a steam account? Am I able to host a server with the Appstore bought game on Steam? If not does anyone know any other ways to host a game? Also I use G&K and Campaign

Have you bought the campaign edition?
I had that problem when I wanted to play with a friend
EDIT :
Although you bought the normal version, you cant.
The reason is that Civ 5 from the Appstore doesn't have a product key so you can't validate that in Steam.
