It depends partly on why those other 232 accounts were deleted. If it was some kind of server problem, then it goes to hehao. However, I'm guessing most of those were just DLs, in which case tier2006 is, in fact, our 100,000th member, even if it's not the 100,000th account.

I believe tier should be the 100 000th, as many accounts which are not deleted have been inactive for years anyway... but does it really matter?
