Korea science victory question

Hey guys,
I really like playing Korea for science victory in BNW, as now science is one of the harder VC's and I don't feel like I'm playing on easy mode. I usually play on emperor/immortal. I have a hard time deciding which ideology to go for. Freedom seems like the obvious choice- extra science from academies, a lot of specialist buffs.
But then I go to Order. I see +24% science from factories. If I already have all possible specialist slots filled, as my cities are already big enough, Is order actually better? in addition, the +10 science in my Capital seems like it would make up for the science I would lose out on from Academies. Thoughts?

As you mentioned, Freedom is the obvious choice for Specialist heavy Korea. Order has usefull tenants as well, but with so many Specialists Freedom is much better. You did go super tall Tradition Korea, right?

If u have NC, observatory, university and lab in city - you have +200% science. So +25% is really small buff, +2 additional science from specialists result in much bigger buff. And +4 science from academies is better than 10.
