The settings will be as folow.
"Creation" map script.
Standard size.
Default level of difficulty.
MARATON game speed.
9 civs. 3 good, 3 neutral and 3 evil.

OR

You could convert to evil with AV and crusade on the good civs instead. Capria the Fallen!

What do you mean by 'default level of difficulty' ? AFAIK the default level is the level last used
