[Hope this is the right forum for this thread]

Hey all. I'm looking for cool mods that don't change the actual game mechanics.
Preferably mods that add historical accuracy and more detail in general. I heard R.E.D was a good one.

any suggestions guys?

R.E.D. Modpack, definitely.

As for other user interface mods:
Enhanced UI
Info Addict or Global Relations (aka "Info Addict Light")
The entire UI category of whoward69's mods.
Colored Religions
Faster Aircraft Animations

And of course I've got to mention some of mine:
City States Leaders II
CameraRotation
Single/Reduced Unit Graphics
