Debug Mode

How do I access/start a PTW game in 'Debug Mode'.

I'm getting conflicting reports on the Great Wall's effects on Cities (size 7-12) and I think the only way I'm gonna get a straight answer is to test in game with multiple repetitions.

Can ne1 point out how to access this feature?

IIRC (not @ my PTW computer now) you have to create a scenario, and in the scenario properties there is an option for 'Debug Mode.'
