Sorry Bismarck. Your theme is just a wee tad too...passive. Every time I start up a game as the Germans, sure, it feels like you're starting something new. But it never seems to build to something bigger, like most peace themes DO manage.

Upping the Celts. Boudicca's peace theme is one of those themes I could listen to for hours on a loop. It's peaceful, it's relaxing, and yet, as the song builds up, it reaches a beautiful crescendo before fading back down. In a sense, it also reminds me of the kind of songs that played in Heroes of Might and Magic before they went to crap. Which is a good thing.

Throwing Songhai a bone here, as I feel it's a very soothing, enjoyable background theme.

Downvoting Egypt since I find it a tad underwhelming.

(Also, dayumn, France's theme went down fast!)

India: Although I may be trying to save Brazil, India's theme sounds much better. I'll get back to Brazil once India's back on its feet. (That is, if it hasn't fallen off the list by then.)

Germany: The beginning sounds great. Then, the rest of the song just sounds quieter, and sort of fades out. Now, this sounds incredibly cool in the German war theme, as well as others, but for the peace theme it doesn't work out so well.

Spain: It's clearly Spanish-tailored, and its different sections perfectly capture to me everything that civ and a Spain game in particular is about. The mystique and wonder of the new world, gradually giving rise to the thirst for expedition and conquest and achieving your glory. Not to mention, it just plain sounds good.

America: Boring and bland. It's adequate as background noise but that's the best I can say about it.

Germany: Just like TheBoulderite said. The song just gets quieter and quieter.... Which does not work well with the peace theme.

Morocco : How is this still in here ? Again, they tried to be unique with this theme, but they only succeded in being uniquely awful and dissonant.

Germany : I don't get why people seem to hate this theme... it's very peaceful which, you know, it is a peace theme.

Incas - Much better than I had expected having listened to the chaotic war theme - manages to emulate a non-western musical style without sounding forced or messy. It tails off quite beautifully; one of the most cheerful pieces of music in the game, and works well with the leader scene.

Egypt - I have to agree with other posters, this has no real structure and changes clumsily between themes. After a while it becomes grating. Too generic.

The Mongol peace theme is much like their war theme. That's a good thing, always reminding the player of the harsh steppes.

The Aztec are just another one of the themes I find "least good". Nothing wrong with it, but nothing great, either.

Russia - I wouldn't call this theme aggressive, but it certainly sounds deeper and more mysterious than the more cheerful tunes of other civilisations; the strings and chanting work well together.

Denmark - Usually shortness is a downside for a theme. However, Denmark's tune is so boring, repetitive and slow that if it had been any longer it would hardly have been bearable. Probably even worse than the war theme.

Morocco : I hate it so much, I instantly turn the sound off when I hear meet Ahmed.

Korea : Feels distinctive and joyful, and it goes very well with Sejong's leaderscreen, it sounds like Sejong is celebrating your arrival, how nice of him !

I'm not American, but I like this theme. It's pleasant, but without trying to sound too grand (which is a plus, I think). It fits the Civ itself, and the Washington leader screen, too.

As of now, I'm inclined to eliminate Egypt and Germany, starting with the former.

Russia : here's a theme with vocals that do work.
