Spoiler :

Uru: I've already changed some of the ideas present on the first post, though their focus will still revolve around water. I'm not commenting them yet.
Guaraní: As said before, focused on the jesuistic missions; might still check for the second unique.

Arawak: They will receive some diplomacy bonus, perhaps related to open borders or something; also have some coastal focus most likely. They will be mostly focused on the Taíno.
Caribs: Aside from some sailing stuff, Garifuna will be part of this somehow.
Mixtecs: Focusing on Iya Nacuaa's (Eight Deer) expansion, thus establishing alliances and friendships through bullying (as in Gunboat Diplomacy); might as well also hint to their codexes and to turquoise. (or with Teotihuacan)
Central America: So, although the leader will probably be from the time Central America was unified; the focus will hugely be related to Natural Wonders, coast, and tourism.
Olmec: I'll have some colossal heads, perhaps some hint towards jade, and building production.
Purepechea: I liked the idea of repopulation; also their whole metal-forging will be there, and the frontier defense of the Tarascan empire.
Chichimec: Or Caxan or Mixton; mostly to reference the alliances formed by Tenamaxclan. Cultural influence for sharing enemies, combat bonus for near friendly units of other civs, and such.

Canadá: Wide, trade focused, maybe some hints to diplo relationships too.
Hisatsinom: Will work on the ideas from the posts of Kuserab and Reedstilt. But the idea is to make Mountains really important, so much that the desert focus will not be so hard.
Anishanaabe: Council of the Three Fires. Might have some delegates dependant on where you founded your first 3 cities.
Cherokee: Might focus to the concept of Civilized Tribes, but also inverting it to relate it to the cultural resistance they also offered.
Shawnee: Liked the ideas proposed here; huge defense, that can help also in keeping your territory safe.
Cree: Iron-Confederacy, fur trade, things like that.
Haida: Totem polse, coastal, culture focused. Might check how to give also a hint to what was proposed in other posts.
Seminoles: Making marshes useful, but also useful for combat.
Navajo: Code-Talkers, so espionage boost. But before that, some hint to fighting against higher tech; and perhaps a boost to tech obtained through research agreements (The Navajo adopted knowledge from the Pueblo and many others, and even afterwards, which helped them adopt the relative independence they have now). So its all a "don't care much about tech" before renassaince, and afterwards, get tech thanks to spies and agreements-
Choctaw: References to Mississipians, mound-builders, faith; and even some headhunting.

Sounds good. If you're interested, I've been working on a llanero unit for a Venezuela civ i've been toying with. I was gunna make it replace lancers, be cheaper than regular lancers and have +1 movement.

Also my UA for them was going to be 'bolivarianism' and give +1:c5happy:, :c5food:, and :c5production: for every 5 non-specialist citizens in a city. I'm still thinking about how that would balance, and i have no idea how it would work. But i quite like how it made them play in a different way.

Sounds nice... If you allow me, I could use your progress hehe. The trait sounds nice too, and is perfectly viable (but yeah, balance should be tested)...

BTW... The Qullana Civ is complete! I'm uploading it to the site's database, and is right now in the Moderation Queue (I still ain't here for 30 days nor have 30 posts, so I think it will take some time)...

Also, I've got progress for the Bolivian Civ.

First, I managed to finish the Civ's icon. I'm still debating on colors though. Its either Red and Green or Red and Yellow (which is quite overused)
Spoiler :

Also... I finished the 2D Leader Screen, he is President "Tata" Belzu, one of the First Bolivian Presidents, and the first to actually develop rights for the indigenous people. Comments on how it looks will be appreciated.

Spoiler :

Thanks. I have decided to temporarily upload the Qullana, and the WIP Bolivia in the second post, considering that I still don't have the 30 posts 30 days thing and therefore my file doesn't get approved yet...

I have managed a workaround for Bolivia's trait. It can't have 2 capitals, but instead I allowed it to have 2 palaces, once the civ discovers Economy... For managing it however, i had to make a 3rd override, with a National Wonder (which is the Circus Maximus, which doesn't fit so well with Bolivia anyway).

Why Economy? Bolivia has an interesting little thing, it has an official capital and a capital de facto. Sucre is the capital, but when the metal mines near Potosi and Sucre became a little bit less productive a whole civil problem started... In the end, the main government moved to La Paz because of economical reasons, but Sucre remained as an official Capital...

So... the Bolivia Civ is complete!, updated the first post and the second post's attachment, I hope any of you enjoy it and can give feedback.

I must say, I'm pleased I stumbled onto this topic - these mods look great, and the leader screens are possibly the best I've seen in a mod thus far. Which leads me to ask if you'd be interested in doing some leader screens for some civs that I'm working on as a co-author?

Would be nice... although this specific week I may not have much time, but anyway, I'd like cooperating :D

Awesome! That's fine, I'm actually off on a Geography field trip for a couple of days from tomorrow so I'll be offline for a bit. I'll PM you the civs we're working on at the moment, and then you can just let me know when you think you'd be able to do the leaderheads. Cheers Leugi

I'm curious why you didn't just set the 2d screen as the leaderhead by default. You have this weird setting where it only appears if you set your leader quality to low otherwise it reverts to Selassie, but the problem with this is that if forces you to also use all the official leaders in their static image. It is possible to use a static 2d image as the only option, then you don't have to fool around with leader settings.

Interesting, how does one achieve this?

The Leader_Scene.xml should look something like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<LeaderScene FallbackImage="Katari.dds">
</LeaderScene>
Katari.dds being the diplo screen image included in the art folder.

Nice to know, updated the files now...

Sadly this means it won't keep the voices right? But well, no forcing players to keep leader detail to minimun is good...

I made this a time ago...I don't know if you wanna use it, this map for gran Colombia

Spoiler :

and the icon

Spoiler :

Both the map and the icon are nice! So yeah, that pretty much confirms it, Gran Colombia goes next! Will attempt the Leader Scene soon...

Hmn... seems I should have downloaded them inmediatly after Zipa posted them, since they are sorta lost now... hope they recover... Anyway... One can't always win
