3.6 UB Bugs

Three unique buildings that still need fixing as of 3.6:

Odeon (Greece): Missing the base +2 culture of a standard theater.

Basilica (Byzantium): Missing the +2 faith on wine & incense of a standard temple.

Folkskola (Sweden): Missing the +0.5 per pop science of a public school, as well as a base amount. I believe +10 is what was intended?

I've fixed them for myself and would be happy to do so for the published version I'm just not sure how to go about doing so.

This is strange since the CEC_End.sql makes changes to those types of buildings to reflect the same yields as the standard buildings yet for some reason it is not being applied to these UBs.

I will investigate.

You are correct, the mistake in the Folkskola is attributed to my rookie editing. Oops.

The yields were not set in the changes I introduced with the new building. Fixing it now.
