Try this:
Load a game where you're in the Industrial age.
Research Steam Power, and move your cursor over the non-researched Ironclads tech.
You know how the Science Advisor says a little about the tech your cursor is over?
Well, when I try this for Ironclads, it gives me the description for Integrated Defense. And when I move my cursor over another tech (I think it was Fascism), it shows the description for Ironclads...
[edit]It seems that this bug stems from the fact that the Radio tech was taken out, but the little description thing for it was not. I realized this when one of the modern era techs had Radio's description. So, that made a lot of descriptions out of order, I guess.[/edit]
