So starting this week my Civ 5 game will not allow me to make a new game. When I do so, I see the leader introduction and the voice over goes on but it never gets to the point where I can start playing before the Civ 5 executable goes not responding.
Yet I can load previously created saves.
Things I tried
1) Complete Reinstall
2) Deleting Cache
3) Tried Direct X 9 and Direct X 10/11 neither work
Ideas?
