Suprised nobody followed the link (or atleast posted about it) there are screenshots of all the editors screens there...
Still as there isnt an events language, maybe there is no point in making scenario, or this forum at all.

Henrik, I did follow the link... 
I think it looks promising, but definitely needs expanding. I'm not so sure I'll rush out and buy this game before they do that. After all, I still have Civ2, and it's not such a bad game after all.
