Will it include everything that Gods and Kings has including G&K civs?

It won't have the G&K civs or the G&K scenarios. If you want them you'll have to buy both or whatever Gold edition collects everything at the time.

Has a gold edition been announced that contains both G&K and Brave New World?
Well, given there's already a 'gold' edition, I imagine it will be called something else, and given how long it took after G&K to get the current Gold, I don't imagine it will be soon.

If they plan on releasing a 3rd expansion pack, it's could be called platinum or something
If there is no 3rd expansion pack, it's gonna be "Complete".
