Long time listener, first time caller...
I've been playing the Civ TOT scenarios Somewhere & Elsewhere in Time that came with the Civ Chronicles pack. Key to the scenario is that you cannot unlock certain technology until you reach certain game achievements (defeat the alien bad guy, certain # of future tech, etc). But the current glitch is that ALL techs are available from turn one, basically undoing the scenario.
This happens after I load from scratch and add the patch (BTW - MANY THANKS FOR THAT!!) I've tinkered with the settings in the Rules and Events doc a bit but can't figure the correct combination. Has anyone encountered and perhaps fixed this before?
