Did you read the part where they are doing it in multiplayer?? Cheating in SP is one thing but cheating against other people thus ruining games is pure scumbaggery.

I know of overflow to get massive beakers, but that isn't fun. Just play the game as a sandbox and not as a "gotta win at all costs". Pretend that there isn't a victory condition and you may notice that the game becomes a million leagues more fun.
