Bootcamp for Civ 4?

Hi there,

I've been trying to run Civ 4 on my 2.0 ghz Macbook with 2gb of RAM. I can see it's consuming all the CPU power, heating it up to 70 degrees Celsius (even in windowed-mode) and then crashing.

How well does Civ 4 run on a similar Macbook in Bootcamp?

The patch in the stickied thread above helps with cpu usage. Have you already applied it?

I have. Running version 1.61 with build 95-somethingsomething
It still has both of the Macbook cores running hard even when it's just sitting there waiting for me to end turn.
