Need help with building ideas

Hi,

Some time ago I created my first building template for CIV 5 - just to learn how to create new buildings.
As a joke I named that building Brothel.

Now I can either remove it, or just find some ideas how to use it (right now does nothing, besides sitting in the queue).

Any ideas about cost\yields\bonuses?

+ 1 happiness looks obvious

+ gold also, possibly +Growth, but -health if Health & Plague is installed, +Crime if CiD is installed

+ gold is probably good idea (+1)
