I tried World Builder SDK and Ingame Editor Mod.
There are no functional ways to manually assign bonus Porcelain or bonus Jewelry to the city tiles (neither the mercantile city states nor my cities).
For example, I want 2 random mercantiles - one carry Porcelain and the other carry Jewelry when I start a new game (not both carry 2 total Porcelains; not both carry 2 total Jewelries).
Does anyone know how to do those?
I have to use Firetuner to Reveal the Map to see whether they carry the correct combinations of resources (50% chance right) on my 1st or 2nd turn every time.
