Civ 5 - mod list "civilization tutorials (v. 1)"

I cant use any mods ingame because whenever I try to load a modded game the "civilization tutorials (v. 1)" mod is always in the list and it defaults me to the basic version of the game (no expansion packs). I have looked and can not find the mod in the mods selection and can find no way of taking it out. I have tried disabling all mods and DLC's including the expansion packs (GnK & BNW) but "civilization tutorials (v. 1)" still shows up in the active mods (see uploaded screenshot).

Have you tried going to C:\Users\Home\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS (or equivalent path) and just deleting that mod?
