Cannot see City Name Plates

Hello,

I've been disabling mods left and right to narrow down the problem... A long process but, I figured I'd ask here while I work on it. I'm hoping that someone corrected this issue in the past; However, my research found no documented info on this bug.

Here is what the problem looks like:


Loading a normal game ( without mods ) everything works like a charm.

I'm using 43 Civ YNAEMP mostly a collage of New Civ mods which are updated (assuming I didn't miss one). So far I have deleted the cache data, reinstalled Civ V and verified the data. I'm posting to see if I'm missing a possible conflict.

Any help would be appreciated! I can roll turns and continue playing but all cities are missing name plates and it's frustrating me.

Only thing I could think of would be the YNAEMP city state variants, but I really do not know .-.
